Gideon Hui

Gideon Hui is a Canadian engineer and operations leader with a background in civil engineering, infrastructure and project management. He brought that experience into Hayle as the company grew from a community-app idea into a creative and software practice.

Working alongside David, Gideon helps connect ambition with execution. He coordinates teams across software, marketing and branding, aligning responsibilities, design, schedules and delivery.

His early work included keeping the app’s systems running and managing releases. The company’s later direction brought that same discipline to platforms, campaigns and business tools.

For Gideon, systems thinking is a way to support people. Clear processes and shared expectations help creative and technical teams work together without losing sight of the businesses using what they make.
